Dopo l’era di Paris Hilton e Chiara Ferragni, ora è Bach l’influencer più popolare! :-)

Nelle prossime settimane registrerò il primo libro del Clavicembalo ben Temperato di Johann Sebastian Bach e il grande entusiasmo che ha ricevuto su Instagram il mio progetto #100daysofBach mi ha spinto a condividere con voi anche questo momento!

Nei primi 70 giorni del progetto #100daysofBach, i miei video giornalieri di un minuto postati su Instagram e dedicati a Bach hanno avuto un totale di circa 150 mila visualizzazioni. Ma la cosa che più mi ha stupito è stato il grande numero di messaggi e commenti da ogni parte del mondo da parte di giovani e giovanissimi, studenti di musica oppure del tutto digiuni, che in poco tempo sono diventanti grandi fan della musica di Bach e del clavicembalo.

Questo conferma una mia certezza: il pubblico per la musica classica c’è, ed è anche numeroso, aspetta solo di scoprire la bellezza della musica e soprattutto, aspetta di essere raggiunto in luoghi che non sono più solo le sale da concerto.

Chi di voi ha seguito i #100daysofBach sa bene quanto sia profondo il mio legame con la musica di Bach. Ho sentito i primi brani del Clavicembalo ben Temperato da bambino, e da allora, anche dopo vent'anni di attività concertistica con i più importanti ensemble e nelle sale più prestigiose del mondo, Bach è sempre una presenza costante nella mia vita.

Registrare oggi il Clavicembalo ben Temperato è un grande sogno e una bellissima sfida: l'unica via possibile per affrontare pagine che hanno influenzato così tanto la nostra storia musicale è scrutare a lungo e a fondo tra le note, lasciandosi ammaliare da tanta bellezza.

Il doppio CD uscirà per Arcana / Outhere Music nel 2020 e potrete esserne protagonisti sostenendo il progetto con le vostre donazioni e con il passaparola tra i vostri contatti. La crisi del mercato discografico non permette più alle case discografiche di finanziare totalmente progetti di nicchia come questo. La somma raccolta coprirà  quindi parte delle spese di registrazione, affitto dello strumento e location. 

Come l'esperienza dei #100daysofBach ha dimostrato, la musica di Bach vivrà di nuovo, non solo attraverso le mie interpretazioni, ma soprattutto grazie a voi, al vostro entusiasmo e alla vostra passione.

Luca Oberti

Definito dalla stampa “uno dei migliori talenti del cembalo in Europa”, Luca Oberti è fortepianista, clavicembalista, organista dell’orchestra Les Musiciens du Louvre, diretta da Marc Minkowski.

Allievo di Emilia Fadini, Christophe Rousset e Pierre Hantaï, Luca Oberti riceve premi prestigiosi come il Diploma di merito dell’Accademia Chigiana di Siena e il Premio Nazionale delle Arti dal Ministero della Cultura Italiano che lo portano ad iniziare giovanissimo un’intensa attività concertistica con orchestre come “Les Talens Lyriques”, “Il Pomo d’oro”, “Les Ambassadeurs”, “La Venexiana”, “Mozarteum Orchestra Salzburg”, in sale come Teatro alla Scala, Konzerthaus Wien, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Alte Oper Frankfurt, Konzerthaus Berlin, ecc.

Oltre all’attività orchestrale, Luca Oberti si esibisce regolarmente in recital e come solista: fra gli appuntamenti recenti si segnalano il concerto come solista al fortepiano al Teatro alla Scala di Milano, accompagnato dall’orchestra Filarmonica della Scala, l’integrale dei Concerti Brandeburghesi di Bach al Concertgebouw di Amsterdam con Les Musiciens du Louvre e i concerti per clavicembalo e orchestra di Bach con l’Orchestra Nazionale Bordeaux-Aquitania.

Allievo per la direzione d’orchestra di Donato Renzetti, Luca Oberti è costantemente richiesto come concertatore e assistente direttore nel teatro d’opera, collaborando con teatri come Opéra Royal de Versailles, Staatsoper Wien, La Monnaie di Bruxelles, Theater an der Wien, Théatre du Capitole di Toulouse, Oper Frankfurt, Théatre des Champs-Elysées di Parigi, Opéra de Lausanne, Beijing Poly Theater sotto la direzione fra gli altri di Marc Minkowski, Christophe Rousset, Ludovic Morlot, Antonello Manacorda e Alessandro De Marchi.

Ha registrato due CD solistici, uno dedicato alle opere per clavicembalo di L. Marchand e L.N. Clérambault, (Stradivarius 2015), nominato per il “Preis der Deutschen Schallplattenkritik”, e uno dedicato a Bach (Arcana 2018), premiato con 5 stelle dalla rivista tedesca “Fono Forum”. Luca Oberti ha inoltre registrato per Warner, Erato, Glossa ed Enchiriadis oltre che per le principali radio e televisioni europee (BBC, ORF, RAI, Mezzo, Arte, …).

In the coming weeks I will record the first book of the Well Tempered Clavier by Johann Sebastian Bach and the great enthusiasm I received on Instagram for my #100daysofBach project prompted me to share this moment with you too!

In the first 70 days of the #100daysofBach project, my Instagram one-minute videos dedicated to Bach received a total of about 150.000 views. But the most surprising thing was the large number of messages and comments from all over the world by young and very young people - both music students or people without any musical background - who in a short time have become great fans of Bach's music and of the harpsichord.

This confirms my certainty: the public for classical music is there, numerous, just waiting to discover the beauty of music and above all, waiting to be reached in places that are no longer only the concert halls.

Those of you who have followed the #100daysofBach know how deep my connection with Bach's music is: I heard the first preludes of the Well Tempered Clavier as a child, and since then, even with twenty years of concert activity with the most important ensembles and in the most prestigious halls of the world, Bach is a constant presence in my life.

Recording today the Well Tempered Clavier is a great dream and an amazing challenge: the only possible way to deal with pages that have influenced our musical history so much is to peer longly and deeply into the notes, bewitched by so much beauty.

The double CD will be released by Arcana / Outhere Music in 2020 and you can be a protagonist by supporting the project with your donations and spreading it to your contacts. As the experience of #100daysofBach has shown, Bach's music will live again, not only through my interpretations, but above all thanks to you, to your enthusiasm and your passion.

Luca Oberti

Luca Oberti, described by the press as “one of the finest harpsichord talents in Europe” is one of the most highly acclaimed musicians of today, both in the world of solo and chamber music and in the opera house. 

He studied with Emilia Fadini, Christophe Rousset and Pierre Hantaï and has won prestigious awards such as the Diploma of Merit (Diploma di Merito) from the Chigiana Academy in Siena, and the National Prize for Art (Premio Nazionale delle Arti) from the Italian Ministry of Culture. 

This led him to begin a thriving concert career at a very young age, performing regularly with orchestras and soloists such as Les Musiciens du Louvre, Les Talens Lyriques, Il Pomo d’oro, La Venexiana, Les Ambassadeurs, Mozarteum Orchestra Salzburg, Enrico Onofri, Stefano Montanari, Amandine Beyer, Véronique Gens, and Max Emanuel Cenčić, in the most important concert halls of Europe including Teatro alla Scala, Musikverein Wien, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Alte Oper Frankfurt, Konzerthaus Berlin and Mozarteum Salzburg, among others. 

Luca Oberti also studied conducting with Donato Renzetti, working as assistant conductor on many opera productions in theatres such as Wiener Staatsoper, La Monnaie – Brussels, Theater an der Wien, Théatre du Capitole – Toulouse, Théatre des Champs Elysées – Paris, Opéra de Lausanne and Beijing Poly Theater, under such conductors as Marc Minkowski, Christophe Rousset, Ludovic Morlot, Antonello Manacorda and Alessandro De Marchi.
